This post is from the first blog I started, called “How to Start a Law Firm.” Over the years I’ve moved to different sites a few times and wanted to catalog all of my content in one place. If an article refers to a link and there is no link, sorry, that’s consequence of the move. Enjoy!
We’re on to part 4 of starting a law firm blog! If you’ve missed parts 1 through 3, here are some links for you:
How to Make a Custom Header for Your Blog
Today’s post is about how to make a custom header for your blog. If you’ve been here over the last few days, you might have noticed that my header keeps changing. That’s because I was practicing. 🙂 I wanted to be able to show you how to easily customize your header to make your blog look both more legitimate and to show off your personal style.
But, this time I decided to switch it up a bit. Instead of writing about it, I created a video!
This is my first video, so cut me a little slack, but I think it went pretty well. If you have questions about anything or you’d like to give me some positive reinforcement, please leave a comment.
After the video I’ll tell you a little bit about how I made it. Enjoy!
How I Made the Video
First things first, I want to point you to a site order valium usa that has not just given me a lot inspiration for starting and running this law firm, but also a ton of great information and tools to be better at it – it’s called Smart Passive Income – and, although it’s not a law firm site, it’s got a lot of great tips and ideas that can easily be applied to running a successful law firm, and, in particular, marketing a law firm.
I’d encourage you to go check out his site and sign up for his newsletter. He’s got a ton of great stuff to say.
I mention his site because that’s where I picked up the link for Camtasia, which is both a screen capture software AND a video editing software. I just tried it out today, and I’m loving it so far. There’s a 30 day free trial, so I’d encourage you all to go check it out if you are thinking about making videos (and you should!).
I’d Love Your Feedback, so Give it to Me!
Like I said, I’d love to hear what you think of the video, and I’d love to see what you’re able to make to put on your blogs! Have a great weekend!
